Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal by filling out the designated online form. However, the withdrawal is only accepted in cases of hardware/software issues, not for physical damage.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be intact, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. After the device inspection, you will receive a refund via bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal is not valid for products collected at the operational headquarters.
