Territorial scope
We accept orders for delivery to Europe. Rates vary depending on the country of shipment.
Purchase invoice
For each order placed we issue a receipt/invoice for the material shipped that will be included in the package. In the case of an invoice, this must be requested at the same time as the order, and we send it via email to the person placing the order pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice. No changes will be possible after the receipt or invoice has been issued.
Product information
The customer can purchase the products in our electronic catalogue at the time of sending the order. The images and technical data accompanying the product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of the specific characteristics but different in brand, size, colour, accessories, etc. The images relating to the products are purely indicative. The Teloutlet Centre does not guarantee the immediate availability of each product displayed given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason we reserve the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the goods and, in the absence of this, to promptly communicate the non-acceptance of the order sent or any waiting times to find it. No responsibility can be attributed to us.
Receiving the order
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will reiterate all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. Subsequently, once the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer's data have been verified, we will send the acceptance of the contract by e-mail. The contract stipulated between us and the customer is to be considered concluded only after we have sent the e-mail of acceptance of the contract. By placing an order on our site, the customer declares that he has read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure. With express reference to art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive by e-mail all the information necessary for identifying the seller, which the customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005), if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the Teloutlet Center order form), and the contract is concluded outside of commercial premises, he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, under the conditions set out in current legislation, the customer must send a communication to this effect to the Teloutlet Center within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Withdrawal Request Form
The shipping costs for the return of the goods are always paid by the buyer. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the Teloutlet Customer Service will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods, which must reach the Teloutlet Center within 14 days of the request. Upon receipt of the goods, the Teloutlet Center will provide the refund due after carrying out due checks on the device.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the product purchased (e.g.: accessories, covers, etc.);
- the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for all products that, at the customer's choice, have been collected from the operational headquarters in Corso Umberto 1 565
- the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.);
- to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box, indicating the wording “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL”;
- in all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging must be avoided;
- by law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Teloutlet Centre will inform the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;
- Teloutlet Center is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
- Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
If the original packaging and/or wrapping are damaged, the Teloutlet Center will withhold a portion from the refund due as a contribution to the restoration costs.
Except for any repair costs for damages found to the original packaging, the Teloutlet Center will refund the customer the amount already paid, through a reversal procedure of the amount charged by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder) to the email address teloutlet
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
From receipt of payment within 24/48 working hours the ordered product will be shipped.
The shipping cost including package insurance is €10.00
The shipment is entrusted to our courier GLS, with insured and traceable shipping.
From the moment of shipment the package will arrive in 24/48h. You will receive two different emails, the first confirming the shipment, the second with the tracking to follow the courier shipment.
Upon delivery of the package by the GLS courier, sign the collection with RESERVATION OF INSPECTION.
The signature with Reserve of Control is used by us to activate any insurance procedures in the event of anomalies inside the package.
Procedure for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
To start a Warranty procedure you must send an email to teloutlet
the terms of the warranty provided. We ask you to be more than exhaustive in the explanation of the defect of the product, since the information you provide us is essential for a quick execution of your practice. Furthermore, very often it is possible to find a solution to your problem without having to send the material back to our office, call us at 0813206003, we will try to find a solution together.

For the return of products, the customer is required to use an express shipping system (Posta Celere or Corriere Espresso) and the shipping costs are at his expense. For a quick execution of the RMA practice, we recommend that you follow these simple steps:
- Before sending your product back you must wait for acceptance by our staff.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.).
- The product box is not suitable for shipping, but must be placed in an additional package (except for cabinets). This is to protect the product from any damage during transport. Packages that are not adequately protected will be rejected and the return costs will be charged to the sender. These packages cannot be processed because they may have been damaged during transport, voiding the warranty.
- If the product cannot be repaired directly in our laboratory, the faulty product is sent to the manufacturer's service center for replacement/repair. In this case, the replacement times can be significantly longer and unfortunately we have no way of speeding up the replacement/repair times by the manufacturer.
For any doubts we recommend contacting our Staff.
In the event of a negative response, if the item is not subject to RMA, or in the event of failure to comply with the procedure by the customer, the Teloutlet Center will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs plus 20 (twenty) euros + VAT for the technical check carried out, charging the transport costs.
